Little League Indiana State Championships hosted by District 14
2025 Janet Million Most outstanding Volunteer of the Tournament Award Winner - Steve Hochstetler
the Janet Million Most Outstanding Volunteer of the Tournament Award. 2024 was a devastating year for District 14. South Side Little League not only lost Jeff Million, a beloved figure throughout South Bend, but within weeks, his wife Janet also passed. Janet was the heart and soul of Southside Little League. There are countless volunteers throughout Little League that never receive recognition for their efforts. We want to take a moment to each of you that your efforts are seen, and we thank you all. Today we want to take a moment to recognize one of our volunteers. This year’s recipient of the 2025 Janet Million Most Outstanding Volunteer of the Tournament is Steve Hostetler.
2025 Janet Million Most outstanding Umpire of the Tournament Award Winner - Richy Condre
Our first award is presented to the Most Outstanding Umpire of the Tournament. The Wells/Million Most Outstanding Umpire Award was established in 2024 with the passing of Jeff Wells and Jeff Million. These two men embodied the best of what it was to a Little League umpire in every sense of the word. Today to honor our recipient, Dannette Wells, widow of Jeff Wells, is here to present this year’s award to Richy Condre. Let’s have a big round of applause for the 2025 Wells/Million Most Outstanding Umpire.
2025 Indiana State Little League Baseball Championship Tournament Participants
Little League Baseball Indiana State Championship
The iconic summer classic is here. Is there anything better than the sounds of children laughing and the crack of the bat? It is time again to create those everlasting memories that you and your players will cherish for a lifetime. Little League International and Indiana District 14 are dedicated to the virtues of inclusivity, teamwork, integrity, community and fun. Conduct yourself while at the facility with these values in mind. You are invited to cheer and encourage your players from the stands with all your heart. We have dedicated volunteers to provide coaching and game management of then team and players. Do not coach from the stands or you will be removed from the facility. This event is for our children and any disruption to that will not be tolerated. So smile, laugh, and have a hot dog. After all, this is a child's game meant to teach life lessons for the development of strong character. Be a positive example of that while you enjoy our event. Thank you and good luck.
